Difficulty falling asleep, sleeping through (often waking up, lying awake for a long time) and waking too early can mean that the nervous and hormonal systems are not balanced.

Disturbed sleep causes poor recovery during the night and makes you feel less energetic, tired, irritable or gloomy during the day. In addition, recover (and grow) muscles is not good and chances are you will eat more and thus gain weight.

Sleep problems can make you less stress resistant and cause obesity. They are common and come in many degrees. I'm happy to explain it all to you during this webinar.
