dehormoonfactor.nl will not sell and/or provide your personal data to third parties.
We process personal data only for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the Telecommunications Act.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
When you have subscribed to our newsletter, requested a download, registered for a free online workshop and/or training course, filled in a contact form, made a purchase or made other requests for one of our products and/or services, you will be asked to enter your data. We only process the data you provide to us yourself. This may include the following data:
- First name and surname
- Email address
- Phone number
- Website
- Company name
- Street and house number
- Postal code and city
- Chamber of Commerce number
- IP address
- VAT number
FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA?
Data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
- We use your first name and e-mail address for sending commercial and informative newsletters and retargeting for Facebook ads. We only do this with the data obtained from downloading free documents and requesting free workshops/trainings, not with data received through our contact form.
- Your first name, e-mail address and telephone number that you enter when you fill in a contact form are used to respond to the contact request. We do not store this data. Your company name, first and last name, address details, e-mail address, and telephone number that you enter when making a product purchase are used on the invoice and in the case of a hardcopy product for shipping. We store this data in Autorespond and will send you an e-mail here once to ask for your consent to comply with the AVG Act. In case of no consent, this data will be deleted at the end of each month. This is also indicated on the relevant forms.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, requested a download, signed up for a free online workshop and/or training course, completed a contact form or made a purchase and do not wish to receive future emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.
Your e-mail address is immediately removed from our file and will not be kept.
Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes through Mailblue's servers. More information on Mailblue's privacy policy can be found on their website.
In addition, we share data obtained from requesting a free documentation/workshop/training session with Facebook to create advertising target groups.
PRODUCT PURCHASE
We use the data you provide to make orders as quick and easy as possible. We will not sell and/or provide your details to third parties. Your details will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing your order.
When paying via dehormoonfactor.nl you are always referred to the website of a so-called Payment Processor by means of a secure connection. Your payment data (credit card number, Paypal login or Ideal data) are not passed on to our servers and are therefore not stored by dehormoonfactor.nl. The only data we store are:
First and last name (possibly company name)
To deliver your order to the right person (and company)Address, postcode and city
We use this address for the correct delivery of your orderPhone number
Should we want to inform you about your order or pass on last-minute changed information about your training, we will also do this by phone at certain times. This is never mandatory to fill in.e-mail address
With every order, as soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation and invoice by e-mail. If it is an order that is being shipped, PostNL (and/or MyParcel) will send an e-mail with the track & trace code on our behalf.IP address
Your ip-address is stored when you place your order to recognise misuse during payment.
If you start a transaction and it is not completed, your transaction data (name, address, e-mail and IP) will be deleted from our server at the end of this month.
PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
We have taken appropriate technical measures to secure personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption using an SSL certificate, ensure a level of security appropriate to the data we process.
COOKIES

FACEBOOK ADVERTISING COOKIES

Cookies are also set by our statistics package, Google Analytics. We would like to know how our visitors use the website and how many people visit our website each month, so that we can optimise the use of the website. Of course, we don't want you to be tracked unwanted, but we want to serve you as well as possible and for that we need good statistics. With Google Analytics, the information is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP address is expressly not used. We therefore cannot trace you personally. RESPONSE MODULE WPDISCUZ
The comment module on our blog articles uses the WPDISCUZ comment system. WPDISCUZ uses cookies to check whether you are logged in and for analysis of your user behaviour. WPDISCUZ does not have access to the data you provide us via the comment module.

SOCIAL MEDIA
From the hormone factor Facebook page, we have access to the information from Facebook Insights, a function that allows analysing data about the page's fans and target audience. We do not use this information, but should we do so in the future, we will of course treat it confidentially.
We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to share the content of our website via Social Media. One way of doing this is by using Social Media (share) buttons.

CUSTOMS
We will not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. If you unsubscribe from our e-mails, your personal data will be removed from the system within one month at the latest.
We keep the data in our accounting and CRM system for at least 7 years, partly to comply with all our legal obligation. We delete this data within 1 year after this obligation expires.
The above period applies provided that there are further legal obligations for us to retain and/or keep the data available for longer.
RIGHTS
You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data processing on the basis of your consent, which took place before this withdrawal.
