Yam Desem
Together with YAM, I developed my own gluten-free bread (YAM desem, recognisable by the orange sleeve). In other words: organic desem bread without potentially harmful ingredients such as yeast, gluten, soya, lactose, cow's milk and added sugars. The first in the Netherlands!
