I am your personal coach and together we will make it a successful coaching journey. Prior to working together, I will give you a hormone analysis based on an extensive questionnaire. This way, I find out which hormones are out of balance. Then we compare your goals and draw up a plan. I prefer to do strength training with my clients, which I sometimes complement with short interval cardio sessions, as this is the most efficient method for many goals. Of course, results are paramount, but in addition, I also like to show that training hard can be fun and enjoyable. I look forward to working on your goals together.

Mobilis Gym in Buitenveldert is practically next to the Zuid-as. Mobilis has a friendly atmosphere where both young and old feel at home. Training is at different levels and if you have a pain and/or injury, Mobilis physiotherapy is available.
