working method
In the consultation (Zoom session of about 90 minutes), I want to clearly map out your goals and motivation after our introduction. That way I know what you like and what you are willing to do to achieve the goals. The more motivated you are, the higher we can set the bar, of course.
This is followed by a hormonal anamnesis, in which I can use symptoms and possible causes to find out which hormones are not optimally balanced. This is followed by a comprehensive lifestyle analysis, revealing the main areas of concern in terms of sleep, nutrition, training, stress and mental. On the basis of this analysis, we a plan of action which I go through with you right away and mail to you afterwards (summary and action plan).
Next, you will 4 weeks on your own with the first tips I've given you. To support you, you get the 4-week online guidance programme ' Hormone Factor Kickstart' for free, where you get a small assignment every day, as a reminder of our journey. You can follow this Kickstart (you don't have to). You can e-mail me in between if you run into problems.
After 4 weeks email me your progress. Perhaps you are full of questions and running into challenges. I answer your questions and we then fine-tune the plan of action.
After that, you'll start working on your own, and if all goes well, you'll be able to by then! Of course, you can always email me in the future if you have a question, no problem.
