Pim Christiaans and Ralph Moorman
When, at 44, Pim (1959) considered celebrating his impending midlife crisis by buying a fast car and a young girlfriend, he decided instead to get to the bottom of how to inhibit his physical ageing. A journalist and former editor-in-chief of men's magazine Men's Health, he quickly found his way to doctors and scientists who updated him on the latest medical findings. His quest resulted in 'The tenable man, practical guide to eternal youth', which went through 10 reprints. Hormones play an important role in this rumoured book and while writing it, Pim tested various hormone therapies on himself.
Meanwhile, the Ralph (1976) studied food technology in Wageningen while he became interested in hormones as a natural bodybuilder in addition to nutrition. Wanting to keep training 'clean', he attended a series of international medical congresses where he learned how to use nutrition and other natural means and methods to adjust the body's hormone production. With his knowledge of nutrition, hormones and strength training, he started coaching people as a fitness coach. In 2009, he summarised his knowledge and experience in the handbook 'The Hormone Factor', which Pim edited. This popular book recently experienced its seventeenth edition.

RMB, as a woman, you can also follow the tips in the book. Although the book is written in a masculine way, many women like this just once 🙂
